Information Technology Services Center (ITSC) provides foundational setup for the University’s IT systems, general assistance for users, care of servers, email service, security, support for academic and research computing activities.
In terms of hardware, you may use the computer barns and virtual barn operated by ITSC for teaching or individual use. ITSC also loans audio-visual equipment for academic purposes. In terms of software, ITSC develops and supports a range of useful tools to develop the educaiton experience at HKUST such as survey tools and multiple choice marking system as well as research computing.
